Dispute Advisory

Construction disputes are often avoidable — but when they do arise, how you respond in the first few days can determine the outcome. We support clients through the full range of dispute resolution processes: adjudication under the Construction Contracts Act 2013, conciliation, mediation, arbitration, and expert determination. We act for both referring and responding parties and have experience across all standard-form contracts used in Ireland and the UK.

Risk Advisory Services

Most construction claims fail not because of a lack of entitlement, but because the entitlement wasn't identified, notified, or substantiated in time. Our risk advisory service helps you understand your contractual position, manage your obligations, and build the commercial record you'll need if a dispute arises. We review contracts at tender stage, monitor claims in progress, and provide independent cost reviews for financed developments.
